Product Description   Product Description    silo steel plate machine Galvanized Silo Steel Making Machine for granular material Product name: Spiral Steel Silo Making Machine Product model No.: LS40 Main usages:The set of equipment can be widely used for building the storage of materials, such as grains, cements, chemical materials, sewage treatment, methane,forages and the like etc. 1.Forming machine: it can bend material and preliminary process the forming planes, meanwhile it can bend the materials to a circle with a demanded silo diameter. 2.Bending Machine: it can bend the fitted forming materials to occlude together by a seam, and rotate them to be a silo. 3.Bearing support: bearing frame and support stand in circle column which enable the uplifted silo to attach upon on the basis of allowing a proper diameter of the silo; the bearing support can bear a silo body which ascends rotationally. 4.Decoiling machine: it is rotatable; and the materials to be decoiled on it naturally without driving force. Technical parameters: LS40 machine is suitable for the materials with absolute bending performance, with the following thickness range: A.Galvanized metal sheet : 2-4 mm Width of the material: 495 mm Usable width: about 350 mm to 370 mm for the strip materials with a width at 495 mm Diameter range of the silo: 4M to40M Forming and bending velocity: about 5to6 m per minute, wherein the bending velocity depends on the thickness of the material, height and weight of the silo Driving power: the power range of the circuit without assist transmission device is 9x3 KW, namely 27KW;the assist transmission device is 4x0.25 KW, namely 1 KW,which is only used in diameter>20m silos. So the sum is 28 KW. Weight: The forming machine: about 3750 kg The bending machine: about 3600 kg The decoiling machine: about 150 kg
