Concrete Water Reducer Agent HPEG for PCE Polycarboxylate
HPEG polycarboxylate superplasticizer is a newly and friendly environmental superplasticizer. It is a concentrated product, best high water content, high slump retention ability, low alkali content for the product, and it having high strength gained rate. It can be widely used in premix of common concrete, gushing concrete, high strength and durability concrete. Especially it has excellent performance in high strength and durability concrete.
1. It can be applied to prefabricated concrete, reinforced concrete and prestressed concrete etc. It suits for different types of cement and acts as good dispersant, especially for early strength cement.
2. It is a kind of anionic/non-ionic liquid admixture, with low-chloride, low-alkali, non-toxic, free effect on ecological environment.
3. It has excellent water-reducing ability that can significantly reduce 25%-40% mixing water in concrete. And it can also greatly reduce slump loss.
4. It has good appearance of hardened concrete, without water lines, big bubbles, and color difference.
5. It has high durability. It can greatly improve compactness, freeze-thaw resistance, carbonation resistance, elastic modulus and impermeability, reduce drying shrinkage and creep of concrete.

product conversion, high effective content of polycarboxylic acid water reducer products synthesized by other methods,
and excellent comprehensive performance of water reducer.
3、Performance and quality index of synthetic water reducing agent:
①High cost performance. In the case of the same water reduction rate, it has high cost performance.
②The mixing amount is low and the water reducing rate is large. The mother liquor of water reducing agent with 20%
solid content and 1. 0% (amount of cementitious material) water reduction rate can reach 30-35%。
③Good plasticity. The slump loss of concrete is small after 1h.
④Excellent durability. It can greatly reduce water consumption and improve the durability of concrete.
⑤Green environmental protection. Formaldehyde and chloride ions which are harmful to the environment are not
used in the production of water reducing agent, and the content of sulfate is low.
